Fitness & Pilates Classes

Whether your goal is to :          

Tone up ; Improve cardiovascular endurance ; Build strength ; Improve balance & flexibility ; Improve posture or just mentally feel better…

I am here to guide you through an exercise regime & a variety of fun full body exercises with some or no equipment, that will increase your performance both mentally & physically, condition you to train better in other sports and reduce the risk of injury (e.g. running, cycling, skiing).

I offer a variety of classes so that students can find a practice that resonates with them from individual to group classes, online or face to face.

  • Group Circuit Training consists of a combination of aerobic exercises (with or without equipment), strength, flexibility and coordination.

  • Pilates - the mind-body exercise focusing on improving flexibility, strength & body awareness through controlled movements.
