Piemonte, Italy: 1st - 3rd December 2023
Would you like to go on an adventurous getaway with a strong focus on outdoor activities, fitness, yoga, wellbeing and nutrition? We create an exclusive experience for you; our groups are normally 10-15 people with people coming on their own or with a friend/partner. Our goal is to create a dynamic community where you get to share this experience together through a blend of physical training and mind body practices in the South of France & Italy. All our retreats are held in B & B agritrourism, bastide farmhouse, small boutique hotel & private villas.
The team offers active programs with a combination of health and physical fitness for men & women of all fitness levels. We aim to create healthy habits with a perfect physical and mental balance allowing personal time to boost, relax & refresh in beautiful surroundings. This is all about enjoying some ‘you’ time, disconnecting from your every day life, whilst staying fit & healthy, going on an adventure, exploring the areas and enjoying the serenity these places have to offer. We also offer tour experiences for those who wish to explore and visit nearby places with a bit of culture & sightseeing and learn, taste local produce.
Daily Workshops
We also offer daily fitness and wellness events in the outskirts of Monaco - Italy & South of France. You can experience daily escapades with a structured program. This includes a variety of fun outdoor activities to stay active such as fitness classes, hikes, educational workshops, yoga, meditation, pilates, spa time/massage and eating fine local cuisine.

Active Lifestyle
Physical activity is a huge benefit in your every day life and an investment in your mind and body. I want to help you achieve these goals by keeping you motivated, helping you train more effectively, boosting your immune system, reducing the impact of physical and mental stress, raising your energy levels and keeping the body & mind fit and healthy. When you sign up to a one to one coaching session, group training or online workouts, I will be by your side and ensure that you get the most out of your training program.
Based in Monaco, I can train you outdoors or at home, offering fun, varied and creative workouts whilst boosting your energy levels and teaching you how to perform safe exercise techniques to reduce your risk of injury and improve posture. I will guide you through a balanced blend of training exercises to suit your personal ability level.
